Overview

Understand what DynoWeb tracks, when to use Quick Wins, and how privacy is handled.

DynoWeb is a Shopify app that helps merchants understand how shoppers use their storefront and turn that behavior into safer improvements.

Overview

After the app embed is enabled, DynoWeb tracks page views, clicks, scroll depth, frustration signals, form behavior, mobile gestures, geography, and optional session replays. It then turns that into dashboards, heatmaps, journeys, cart and conversion views, and AI suggestions (CSS suggestions are available now — more types coming soon).

Two Ways To Start

DynoWeb supports two starting points depending on where the store is in its growth cycle.

Quick Wins

If a store is new or traffic is still light, merchants can begin with Quick Wins to audit the live theme for obvious SEO, accessibility, performance, and CTA issues.

Behavior-Based Analysis

Once traffic is flowing, merchants can run behavior-based analysis, preview supported fixes, apply changes to a draft theme, and measure results after publishing.

Privacy Note

DynoWeb tracks behavior, not raw sensitive form content. Form field identifiers are hashed, raw IPs are not stored, and replay inputs are masked by default.
