The Punarvasu
Over 1,200 recorded sessions turned into a short list of specific, page-level fixes.
Ayurveda and wellness
This story describes what was shipped, not a measured lift. No conversion, traffic or revenue figures appear here — see the note on numbers on the case studies hub.
The problem
A wellness catalogue — Nervitone Capsule, Gandharva Haritaki and the rest — with friction that only showed up in how people actually behaved on the pages.
More than 1,200 session replays carried the evidence. Frustration clusters on product pages. A sticky Add-to-Cart regression. Mobile readability problems that were specific rather than vague: font size and tap-target size. A "Special Instructions" form field that malfunctioned — on a wellness store, where shoppers often have a question about their order, that field failing is a lost sale rather than a cosmetic bug. And an unclear checkout CTA sitting inside a content hierarchy that did not lead anywhere in particular.
None of this is visible in a conversion rate. All of it is obvious in a replay.
What we fixed
Five CRO Reports turned the raw behaviour into a ranked, page-specific action plan rather than a list of symptoms:
- Content hierarchy
- Layout
- A mobile-first reorder
- The form fix
- The checkout CTA
Retention nudges built: an AyurvedaExitRescue exit-intent offer, an email-discount popup, and scratch-and-win.
Agent-assisted content: DynoAgent generated and published product images, updated products, and created discounts — all executed after approval.
How we fixed it
Session replay found the friction
Twelve hundred sessions is far more than anyone will watch. Filtering to the ones carrying frustration signals turns that into a short queue where every entry is a session something went wrong in — and the timeline markers jump you to the moment rather than making you watch from the start.
The CRO pipeline turned it into a plan
Replays show you one shopper's experience. The report establishes which of those experiences was common enough to be worth an afternoon, and attaches the specific page section to each one.
SmartNudge and DynoAgent did the work
The retention offers were built in the nudge editor; the product-image generation and the catalogue edits were executed by the agent in-app.
The end result
A prioritised CRO roadmap tied to observed visitor pain rather than to best practice, a retention nudge set, and refreshed product imagery — with the analysis and the creative work handled inside one app instead of split across an analytics tool, a designer and a popup vendor.
How DynoWeb helped
It watched every session so the founder did not have to.
The founder of a wellness brand is not going to watch 1,200 replays, and should not. The value was in the compression: thousands of recorded sessions reduced to a handful of named, located fixes — and then the product-image and discount work done for them rather than handed to them as another task.
